SERVICES TO ARTIST'S ESTATES
Copyright Visual Arts also offers its copyright management services to Estates of deceased Visual or Media Artists. We will require evidence of entitlement which will normally include a copy of the probated will and proof of the identity of the beneficiary under the will. To request our services please download the Warranty regarding entitlement form, fill in the requested information and mail with the required documents to the address below.
N.B. : If several individuals are jointly entitled, they should all sign this form and delegate one person to represent them.
Please sign two copies, keeping one for your records, and send the other to:
